Weather Announcement 2-24-19

Weather Announcement 2-20-19

God bless and keep those who toil to keep us safe in winter weather; those who are home with small children and big cabin fever; those who are shut-in and afraid; and those who must travel.

See you soon.  -pastors

Dear Members & Friends of First Lutheran,

BP Schools closed are closed Mon, Tues & Weds, 1-28, 1-29 and 1-30-19, which means all church programs and meetings are canceled. We will miss you this week, community groups, Confirmands, Bible Students, and singers, and we look forward to seeing you next week.

BP NA H.O.P.E is changing locations for their Tues, Jan 29 open meeting to the Pizza Cellar Party Room. FMI Contact Heather at 507.210.7183.

At this point, our main church office IS planning to be open regular hours (but please watch for further notices). The building IS going to be open for exercisers, and those who could use a warm cup of coffee and a prayer. Use your best judgment when deciding to venture out.

Senior Choir members WILL practice Sunday, Feb 3 before 9 am worship, and the Installation of Council Officers WILL take place in worship that day as planned.

Please check on your neighbors and the infirm, and use a moment of your extra time to pray for and thank those who work outside: law enforcement, highway workers, first responders, maintenance and repair persons, farmers, letter carriers, and more.

God bless and keep you in His love,
Pastor Heidi Heimgartner & Pastor Mike Walerius
