Letting Go

Letting Go: it’s needed as much as ever before.

Though worship is not public right now, God’s people are still gathered as one. If you have a particular prayer concern, burden, fear, or request for God, please…let your pastors know.  We will put a beautiful strip of cloth on the focal point Lenten cross on your behalf in our sanctuary.  (Or, you may do so yourself; we can make arrangements with you privately.)

Advent Wednesdays 2019

We’ve got some pretty wonderful things planned Advent Wednesday nights in 2019.

Our tradition begins with Holden Evening Prayer at 6:30 pm each week.  Afterward, join our Confirmation classes as we host guest speakers from 7-7:45 pm in the Luther Rooms.  Here’s the schedule:

Dec 4, a panel of wise elders will speak about the ways they see God’s Timing in their remarkable journeys.

Dec 11, our very own Head Football Coach Chad Gimbel will be sharing the story of God’s Timing in football, faith, and his own experiences.

Then, on Dec 18, we have a special outing planned (more info to come).

It’s a busy time of year.  Please give yourself a gift.  Nourish your spirit at the Welcome Place…and invite a friend.

Let Your Light Shine

LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE:  God’s light definitely shines in our congregation, community and world.  How is the light of Christ shining in your life?  It is the prayer of the Stewardship Team that each one of us be bold in faith, be generous for God’s people, let your light shine!

PS Missed the video presentation in worship 11/10, or…just want to watch it one more time?  https://youtu.be/j__6ABevO9o

We thank all our participants and the volunteers who worked on this production.
